How is the price calculated?+
Price is your billable word count divided by 1,000, multiplied by the rate for your chosen service and turnaround, with a $15 minimum before add-ons. The exact total is shown before you submit.
What files can I upload?+
DOCX, DOC, PDF, RTF and ODT up to 50MB each. Manuscripts are stored privately and only accessible through short-lived, authorised download links.
What happens after delivery?+
You have 7 calendar days to request a clarification or a limited revision within the scope you purchased. New chapters, new sources or rewritten passages are new work and need a new quote.
What does the readiness review cover?+
For theses and journal manuscripts we audit chapter structure, framing and pre-submission requirements, and hand you a checklist of the actions to take before you submit.
